My work aims to conduct atomistic simulations of ferroelectric perovskites. Using molecular dynamics simulations with LAMMPS, I investigate the behavior of defects such as dislocations and stacking faults. My research goal is to deepen the understanding of defect structures and their influence on the mechanical and functional properties of ferroelectric perovskites, contributing to their potential applications in advanced technologies.
