Abstract

Ferroelectric materials can form different polarization phenomena under different external electric fields. This phenomenon has applications in sensors, memories, and solid-state cooling devices. In this lecture, the speaker will first introduce ferroelectric materials using BaTiO3 ferroelectric materials as an example, then explain the dilemma of realizing solid-state cooling devices with electrothermal effects, and finally use molecular simulation data to support them.
